Various places. Some from Getty (http://www.gettyimages.com), some from Gillian Murphy.com (http://www.gillianmurphy.com), and some just from random Google searches. I was actually looking for scans from ABT's 2006 souvenir book (http://www.abt.org/insideabt/news_display.asp?News_ID=153), but haven't found many. ...Yeah.
