I'm not her, but I guess it's because of this:
This is a stock community. Not fashion, anime, cartoon, disney, fandom, gothic, celebrity and etc

Your "stock" icons aren't stock, they're random models, which makes them fashion icons as far as I know.
But I think the banning is a little too harsh, a warning beforehand (or an explanation) would have been better!!
